We got to go to ANOTHER wedding this weekend (Labor Day weekend). Yes, I still have friends getting married! A long time childhood friend, Jeremy Smith, got married at Lakeview Club. This is where my family and I (and Jeremy and his family) went camping/boating every weekend in the summer when growing up. I have so many fond memories of trips on the Mississippi and I'm sure many of my friends could easily reminisce with me! First time up on skis...getting stuck in a horrid thunderstorm...building waterski pyramids...watching fireworks in the boat...swimming/tubing/sandbar parties. Being back on the old stompin' ground brought back memories, but it was nothing like seeing familiar faces. Jeremy, Byron, Kendall, Elizabeth, Tecia, Jenny....My only regret is that I would have loved to have lost 25 pounds before seeing them all again ;) Jeremy and Leah greeted us after the wedding with a "Oh MY! Look at you!" Obviously, they didn't know I was expecting. My dad casually told them I wasn't. Funny, Dad!

The day was made even more perfect with great weather for an outside, riverfront wedding. Jeremy and Leah looked really happy and we had so much fun that we stayed until Lora feel asleep in my arms!
