MGM - Day 2

Bill and I woke up feeling like we had been run over by a truck, beat up in a bar brawl, trampled on during a bull fight, or demolished during a snow skiing accident. Regardless, we put on our running shoes (or my fitflops!) and headed out for another day. Here are the highlights:

Reading the map of the park

Getting Mickey's autograph

Meeting the cast of Bolt

Luke's highlight - dancing with High School Musical. I think he has a future job!

Lora loved the Little Mermaid

What a cool dude!

Family picture with Lightning and Mater
Luke braved the Tower of Terror!!! What a hero!
We wanted to last the whole day - so we made the kids chug diet Dew!
Who was more excited? Daddy or Luke?

Lora ONLY wanted to meet the Pink Power Ranger!

Our claim to fame during this trip was that we were FIRST in line to meet Sully and Mike!

Anyone that knows my Luke knows that he is a movie buff. He loves all the characters and can quote from any Disney/Pixar movie. He thought is was awesome to get all the autographs. He also rode the Tower of Terror and the Star WArs Ride. Lora and I sat those out and drank Mt. Dew instead. We did some awesome shows as well (Beauty and the Beast is a must!) . At the end of the day we headed back to the hotel and ordered Pizza Hut. By the way, I think I inherited some of my mom's travel agent skills. Our hotel rocked - with three bedrooms, jacuzzi tub, washer/dryer, two pools, workout room (which we never touched- we couldn't walk when we got home), full kitchen, and was attached to an outlet mall...just two miles from Disney! Anyone want my services?!
